RocketRental operates as a platform for matchmaking between customers seeking rental vehicles ("Customers") and fleet providers offering rental services ("Fleet Providers"). RocketRental solely facilitates the process of connecting Customers with Fleet Providers and does not directly provide cars or assistance during transit.
Fleet Providers are responsible for providing rental vehicles and any required assistance during transit to Customers. RocketRental does not assume liability for the provision of cars or assistance during transit. Any issues or disputes regarding the rental service, including but not limited to vehicle quality, maintenance, and customer service, are to be addressed directly between the Customer and the Fleet Provider.
Financial transactions, including payments for rental services, refunds, and any other related financial matters, are to be cleared directly between the Customer and the Fleet Provider. RocketRental is not responsible for managing or facilitating financial transactions between parties.
By using RocketRental, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may choose not to use our services.
RocketRental reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of RocketRental after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
